I played a good bit just before it launched on steam (Which I bought immediately) and I'm sure there is some things I missed but so far I've managed to get 2 of the main cast pregnant, One being the chick you can find at the brothel in the prologue, and do quests for afterwards. And a

The blacksmith girl, mage tower "girl", and Adventurers guild girl all didn't seem to get pregnant like the others and I couldn't figure out how to get with the Library girl, the goblin, the Bar girl, the adoptive mother,

Normally but URM binds the console to alt+o instead

Universal Ren'Py Mod. Just type URM into the search bar and set it to only look for titles. You will find the thread on it rather quickly, from there just read up on it.

Not the variable, but I figured it out. Took a bit of fiddling to do so. All items, including gold are inventory items, so look up player_inv variable, then go into the list. It will have the list of items in your inventory, from there you can just change the values to whatever you want.

After Captain Duprey Die
Deep Chamber Prologue after checking the obelisks ,
both tried them and same error
