What is this game? I'm barely at the beginning and I'm already stuck . After inspecting Ayla's cabin, what am I supposed to do? There are no clues. I'm going in circles. All the doors are closed (except the one I came in through).

After the flashback a tutorial pops up explaining that you can inspect the items of your inventory.

There's a code for the hallway door on a computer in Marcus's room. If you don't know how to get into the room, there's a code on the back of the ultrasound scan in your inventory (the code is the year of the date).

I played this game a while back and if its the game I think it is, I didn't encounter any other people. It was like a suspense/mystery game with no people in it. Is that normal?
