People having issues with voices : you need to go in settings and mute/unmute audio. Sadly dev play EVERY sound (almost) in "infinite repeat" and you will keep hearing them ad nauseam if you dont reset the sounds by muting/unmuting

You can't. When you meet Rene in Part 2 she'll escape. Amy becomes infected in the process of infesting the clinic, but the player is not allowed to have any interaction with her directly (which precludes infesting her).

its a little questionable weather you would call it real pregnancy or not but you do put parasites into people to gestate and there is images of their bellies inflating so........ yea. but this has been in the game pretty much since the early days of stage two

PI doesn't require the use of cheats, unless you're trying to avoid the effects of the RNG, in which case save-scumming or the Twine back arrow work well enough. Cheats are there for people who want to rush through the game, or for those too stupid to figure out how to play it. The public (non-cheat) version is fine for players who don't mind doing the required grinding.
