It'd be cool if in later parts we come into contact with another alien race, in which the parasites begin taking them over like MC is with the Antari (or at least thats what I'm getting from part 3 so far). Heck, whenever we get the appearance changes for the parasites on bodies it would be cool if they had increasing difference compared to previous mutations - such as getting bigger or looking more menacing or like the genitalia of something
