Played a bit of it, just to see.

I normally don't play early releases, but this ticked quite a few boxes.
It's very early stages, really more of a proof of concept at this point, but i did find a few things to suggest.

1. Video compression needs to be much higher, at almost 2GB for a initial release, and with content so limited, this will quickly balloon into a monster if you don't go ahead and get some compression in the mix. 3MB per vid clip will become unstable and inconvenient quickly with all those empty 'coming soon' slots.
See attached videos, one is 44% compressed, the other isn't. Especially considering you are using a windowed format in game, not full screening, there is basically no difference other than one is almost half the size of the other.

2.Asian girls. Needs more.

3. I see the exterior roaming, presumably, 'dungeon' type aspects are coming, so will reserve judgement. Likewise the 'Pyramids" which seems to be a puzzle solving scheme.
That said, a lot of people genuinely *HATE* puzzles, so either make them simple or otherwise make a crafting bypass, or you will earn a lot of un-fan mail.

4. Make sure there is a continuity with the girls, that will allow some level of immersion or connectivity with them, so that you actually care what happens. Right now, all the characters seem more like tools to be used, and when needed disposed of, rather than any sort of connection.

I get the whole scientific experiment thing, but the cold scientific eye and scrutiny aspect of the game is rather off-putting. Sex as a necessary mechanic of your day, with the same images repeating over and over as your daily grind gets tiring, with no emotional investment.

Lastly, I hope to see a genuinely fun game, with transformation and corruption leading to different paths and outcomes, rather than game overs. Personally, i prefer the game to continue after a corruption / transformation event, rather than just end.

Oh, this got out of control and happened... Now I'm infected.. OK, lets continue and take out the other 'pods' of survivors then, rather than just end the game with a 'You died of dysentery.' sort of 1980's thing.

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful suggestions, as well as for taking the time to engage with my project. There’s definitely a lot to think about here. I can’t promise that all of these points will be implemented in the next update, as the current roadmap is already set - but I’ll definitely make changes as time allows. Thanks again for the valuable feedback!

i dont know the previous game u had started to develop isnt even in a decent state still pretty alpha with soooo little content months ago last update and now u start with another game that has many similaritys in ui and such? idk but in my opinion most of the time one or another of these both projects will fall behind... seems u havent learned much from the previous project as u made this even more grindy & repepetive plus already seperated content for subscribers exact as u did with the other one ... 1st release and already content seperated its a shame that devs turned out to be way more greedy as 2-3 years ago ...

Development on SexMachine is still ongoing. Together with my supporters, we’ve decided to turn it into something much bigger than just a platform for adding new content.

I was seriously ill for a while, and during that time my supporters kept me going - not just by staying subscribed, but with kind words and encouragement. Adding a bit of exclusive content for them is honestly the least I can do to say thank you to them for their support. I believe it’s a fair way to show appreciation by giving them something extra.

As for Parasitoriom, it’s better to think of it in the context of games like 60 Parsecs. It was designed to be less time-consuming to develop, which allows me to keep delivering fresh content to players while SexMachine goes through deeper changes.

Again, I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts!

Any idea on when a SexMachine update is being released?
Hi!

Actually, SexMachine was largely completed. However, the engine used for both SexMachine and Parasitorium received a major update. As a result, parts of SexMachine now run with errors even if I try to make minimal adjustments to the code using the updated version of the engine. The game itself doesn’t have bugs in its original state - the issue is that the engine update introduced new reserved keywords, including some names I had already used in my code. So now I need to go through the entire functionality and refactor it to avoid conflicts. At the very least, I need to thoroughly review the entire codebase to make sure that things like widget names I used aren’t now reserved by the engine - which is one of the issues.

Also, Parasitorium is being used by me as a testbed to build more optimized and cleaner code, which will later be integrated into SexMachine (this doesn’t mean that Parasitorium itself will be integrated into SexMachine - only some well-written, elegant, and clean code modules). I hope I was able to explain that clearly.

So most likely, the next update will be for the episode "Weird Dream". I'm planning to turn it into a kind of short DLC.

At the same time, the Essence chapter will be merged into one complete game - SexMachine. There will no longer be a split into separate episodes. The story will flow more smoothly and continuously within the single, large SexMachine game. Later on, there will also be a SexMachine 2.

So at this stage, Parasitorium is content that supporters are getting while I rewrite and recheck the new SexMachine. It’s also a way for me to rethink my overall approach to game code.

That’s a very short version of the explanation.

Simply put, the "Weird Dream" updates will start soon - it’s the simplest and most logical way to move forward right now.
