Read the spoiler on my last message (the one you quoted) and it HAS the solution. I am not recalling from distant memory I just played through the game from start for the last 3 days AND surprise surprise find any post I made about completing the game, aside from the 2 or 3 times you need to not visit a girl, the solution is listed so here we go again.
Guide to almost everything in the game without spoilers:
Put on your Prince charming outfit (or just just wear your red robe of you haven't gotten other outfits)
1) Click the wizard hat to talk to Yen Sid EVERY day, once open he will either tell you something or you can talk to him or just click the top left "pen" to close it.
2) visit the "Seven Dwarves Mine" and upgrade something (I try for ride protection first and I always try to get the work done in 1 day)
3) Visit the BBB once it appears every day until you have all girls outfits
4) Visit every girl in the daytime (at least once every few days) until you have "! Talk", then dates 1 to 3 ("Date", "The grand gesture" and "Hold the moans")
5) Keep visiting every girl at night (once you have completed all her scenes just a weekly visit just to be sure you haven't missed a piece of advice maybe twice a week for Belle)
6) Toon town once built, repaired and Jessica Rabbit is drawn should be re-visited daily until you get all Jessica's scenes along with making sure to assign every available Girl to "work" there and visit 1 time to get the scene (1 visit = 1 scene per girl excluding Anna who can't be assigned there yet)
7) Villains tavern everyday to either challenge as many villains as you can beat or buy a drink for a villain (you can buy a drink for 1 villain per night) until all challenges are won and all problems are solved (as I recall there was only 1 or 2 visits with a villain that were to solve another problem AND the game suggested them to me).
8) Visit the new area and return to the old area several times per night make sure to click any area that has a red "!" on it at least once (some cost park rating others are scenes you won't get without visiting them. 2 or 3 of the sites are unfixable Villain events and some may contain security cam events that you can only get by visiting and losing park rating multiple times. Bear in mind the Villains are unlocked by seeing the events where they are causing ratings drops.

I think that covers every thing you need to visit.
