Does anyone know the location of the items needed to activate the starting area's contraption? Thanks for your help.

How to be captured and how to get into the hatchery? If I understood correctly I need to go up the elevator on the right side of the club, where I turned on the generator. But that elevator doesn't work.

Just a preface : these items are not kept when you save, so you need to grab all 3 in a single segments and without dying. I recommend having the max level card (Class A / Blue) before trying to gather those, with a SMG fully upgraded to deal with the army of crabs at the end.
Fuel is located in the red area (from the start, take the elevator down, left and down again). Right at the start that area, you go all the way up the first elevator, down the second elevator, then the one on the left (requires green keycard) and it should be there.
Engine and Radio are located in the green segment of the map (from the start, go right and ignore the first elevator, go down all the way at the second elevator, then fully to the right and through the blue door).
When you are there, call up the elevator and go to the last floor, keep going and take the second door, you will find the radio.
Go back to the elevator and go down the 2 floors and into the first door, you can enter a dialogue by pressing E near the screen.
(As of right now, I don't think you can get the engine any other way), ask for the engine, accept to start the self-destruct sequence.
Go right, take the door and immediatly right, get pass the enemies and the engine should be in the room.
Now you can rush back to the start and activate the contraption.

I've already activated the ambush. All I have to do is activate the self-destruct system... Okay, I'll start from the beginning. Maybe then it'll work. Just so we're clear, is the capture only possible in the hatchery?

Is there a flashlight key or something similar? I can kill the first few flyers, and then I get gameovered by something, I don't know what it is, because it always catches me in the dark and I can't see what's going on.
If I'm going to wash out that early, I at least want to be able to see it!

can you clarify "captured"??? we can get into hatchery just fine, there are several in 1.5 version.
But captured??? 1st time i hear this, all i get is game over
still cant open the console, tried tilde and a lot of combinations of tilde and other buttons

Anyone else just getting stuck after being knocked down by the gigante crab? I can't seem to unlock any scenes.
If you speak about the bug I think about, the best way I found to avoid it is to get knocked down by something else than the boss, then grabbed by him (easy if you get to 1 health before the chase, and get hit by the tentacle plant at the start).
I have yet to see a gameplay driven capture, unless they're referring to bad end scenes or just being attacked by the tons of enemies in those rooms
I really don't like how dead worms turn into flies with this version. I hope it's just a glitch because it's annoying how previously cleared rooms become packed with flies. It *is* cool when they turn into flies if they're left alive too long though
