Finished every single girl including the angels, but still can't get Ms Chance's quest to start. I select the "lesson" option at the biology class but it just brings me back to the second floor of the school. I'm guessing it's just a bug at this point

It doesnt happen in the classroom. It happens in the hall outside her class on the second floor.
It was poorly done with the misleading "Lesson" in the classroom.

please could you explain how is work to get angel exactly? i don't understand how to do, i go to the right place, i scan but nothing appear, please help???

Ms.Chance's Biology class timing:

Monday = 9am

Wednesday = 12pm

During these days follow the following steps:

1. Stay in the 'Second floor Hallway' of the school and click on the 'wait' button.
2. After waiting to skip her class click on the 'Biology Classroom' pic.

This will start her corruption.
