Started a new game and got all the girls at the beginning except the lesbian nurse and the doctor. I've had Alison seduce the nurse once but I can't find the times/conditions I need for the option to seduce her a second time!

*edit* It finally unlocked after I completed every other scene including the entire police department.

Are there supposed to be options when you talk to a character? I select "Talk to (character)" and it looks like there's a box that pops up behind them but there's nothing for me to click.
