I just got it. Wait for all three of them to be in the hospital (Penny in ward, Alison in reception, Dr Phipps in office) then go to Penny (Or Alison, didn't check) and you should be able to.

So I figured out the Lily problem
At this point, to meet Lily you have to go to her room after class, i.e. 15:00 on weekdays. Here's the problem, you can't access Amber until you unlock the bank thus you can't continue Amber's questline until most of the way through the game. Could be fixed by just delaying her start until bank is unlocked.

3) Skin: weekends pool, Event 1 is possible to solved before the event trigger that you meet her (alarm clock, restaurant)

5) time schedule balance, you have a lot in the evening 18 hour and on Friday at the beginning so you waste a lot of time before you can do in the other time nothing because you have done all

there is a lot of broken image links in game at the moment. Only windows doesnt care about capitalization, it would be nice to not have to track every image down to fix the names

I flipped through the last update without reading it, since I had already played the game. After running this update, I started reading and realized that I had been playing for too long ago and did not remember most of it. So I had to start over.

The game is time based for some events. I just went to my bedroom and clicked wait till a week or two was skipped and that triggered the rest of the storyline. I hope this helps.

It is no actual filming. Once you maxed out both nurses wait for them to work both then go to the ward and choose "threesome" from the sex menu.

Yeah but it took ages for it to trigger. You have to skip her classes and go to her immediately afterwards, but it is NOT just a week, try more a couple of months in my case.
