Look. Found a bug.
Load my first save and look on ended quests of Dr. Phipps.
After - wait the the conditions of the quest, where the Main Character makes a threesome with her and another doctor. go to that location - there will be a button to make a threesome. And after that Dr. Phipps rolls back her progress by 2 \4 again and her quest line should be done in the second round. (Save 2)

you either need to make a stub on "make a triplet" after triggering, or if you want players to be able to repeat this event - then so that the quest with Dr. Phipps does not roll back from 4\4 to 2\4

1) bank will open after XX days inside game and XX obtained girls in Morning. look in changelog of the game -there was wrote about it.
2) Dorm - its the room inside Lair of bantids (hard to find for me too, spent a lot of time thinking what is Dorm)

I am not a 100% sure how I managed it but I did it. Had the same problem as you. I just went to school every day during the week and clicked on every room multible times and then waited and again clicked on every room to be sure and then the event triggert but sorry I´m not sure in which room that happend. Again sorry. It can trigger, you just need to be persistent

This might help other as i was stuck on this for ages.

When you go to school there's a schedule at the top of the screen. Click it and it will give you the schools schedule. Ms Chance teaches biology so thats Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon.

On Wednesday afternoon going to the biology room and you should see ms chance with three options wait talk and lesson. Click wait.

After the intro, what are you supposed to do?
I have talked with Ash and gotten a intro scene, same with Dr. Phipps, now it is Monday 12:00 and there is nothing to do, nobody you talk to says anything. You can't interact anywhere, are you just supposed to skip time to progress, that seems like incredibly lazy writing.

Edit, apparently waiting is the way to go, and a lot of it.
Some events skips a day so you have to wait an entire week to be able to progress...
And how do you activate Penny 3/4?
Allison is at 4/4, quest says "I need that Alison help to me again. And a thing that I ask her to do, she will only does if she be fully obedient to me.", but there is no option to do anything with Allison, If you talk with her in the Hospital, her home or at the gym, nothing shows up.
