It's interesting to me that so many people want to see content for Ana, a really one-note character that's barely in the game lol. I guess the one pic she has is hot enough. Or maybe people just want what they can't have.

Alright. My suggestion is this - give the community tools/short tutorial (and your blessing) to continue creating content/mods for the game. There are so many hot girls that could and would be added if the barrier of entry was reasonably low so everyone (or almost everyone) could use a "plug and play" method of - collect a couple of hot pics from the internet, rename them to "bj511", "fuck3" etc. copy a "meatlockerslave.txt" template, fill it out with the proper folder/file names for the new pics, rename it with a new slavegirl's name, put it in the right folder the game knows to read new slaves from and voilá - your "average Joe" has a new meatlocker slave.
Many years ago I was one of the contributors for the originial Java game "Harem" and the strength of that game (and why it had such a long shelf-life that even today people remember it fondly and come back to it to play it and remember the Dev - Kerni) was that it had this "plug-and-play" model of adding new slaves that anyone capable of reading a .txt file and renaming sexy .pngs downloaded from the internet could contribute.
Make Patriarch a game like that (and maybe come back every year or so to pick out the best-looking slaves added by the community to add them in an official post-launch 1.01 update that brings people back) and we'll all love you and sing your praises for creating a legendary BDSM harem game that can last forever and be an entry point for new h-game Devs can try their hands on when they're just starting out and are too shy/afraid to start by coding a whole game on their own.
Don't be just a great Dev, be a mentor that leaves behind a legacy with the Patriarch. A teaching tool for others (so they don't have to go through all that you had to) and an easy entry point for those who'd like to dable with Sugarcube.
Plus every time you release a new update with a (lightly curated) pack of community-added slaves and everyone on F95 rushes to download the update to Patriarch - it's a freebie to promote your next game - both in your signature banner and in the opening post etc.

This is actually something I've thought a lot about and I've been working in the background on creating a tutorial for modding the game. Twine is super straight forward and anyone could pick it up easily and learn to modify existing games or creating new ones.

That sounds truly awesome and if you publish it with the final update it'll truly make you a legend compared to the other devs.
Now I'm really hyped to see it. I have more than a few girls I'd like to see included in the game (Tanner Mayes, Rae Lil Black and others).

Instead of in the overview, it might be better to position the reference to the image pack in the download section. I don't necessarily read the description of a game I know over and over again. Nevertheless, thanks for the hint, even if you've written it here for the 100th time

I understand not reading the description of something that you played several times but when you have an issue related to installation I advise reading the installation instructions before asking.
