The fix i created was based on your save.
All you have to do is(use the mod and) go visit lola in her house all should work fine.
Or you can wait for dev's fix.
Did that. tried both (the one that you modified yesterday and the one that I posted here) saves on renewed mod. didnt work. edit: also tried the save that was already there after downloading and lauching your mod, was same.

The most direct way would be to simply use the cheats, but really just play the game without any hurry and in no time you can get the reputation to the thousand value
You can track your progress throughout the game by reffering to the Achievements board - where all your conquests are displayed.

You most definitively need to install the fan patch, you find it on the first page of this thread next to the base game download

Wait until the doctor sends his nurse to you
sponsor the breeding program
then go to the slave auction house and get your breeding cows
Finally finished my replay of Patriarch (since I lost my saves), and man, there is so much more content to this game than I remembered. All of it is great too, so that was a real fun trip!
As far as 0.14 is concerned Kimberly is a real hottie, as is Gabrielle from 0.13. For the poll of future content my only problem is I wish we had more of everything! Keep up the excellent work.

Well well well, long time no see, hope you guys are doing well since my last post. Here the next patch of my "fan patch", this time there won't be any changelog bc i am wayyyy too tired today but most change will revolve around slaves, lounge, and the new stuff we got for v0.14. The size of thee file is a bit more garnish than my previous update so i hope you will like it. Apart from that, i am going to play the dlc of elden ring so see you at v0.15!!
