I recently came across this title, and find it enjoyable, thanks for the work you put into it.

The faq maintainer could be easily arranged, heres a proposal:
one way of going about this is see who would want to maintain it...
Option 2 :
Start another thread thats Just for Faq, and those that wish to can post their contributions there.
You could then stick the second Faq thread Link in the OP

Once you have a decent amount of Q+A Post those in the OP under section FAQ
Maybe even do a walkthrough.

That perhaps should be done first, it would cut loads of the Questions that are currently being asked.

Downloaded it and have played it for a bit and its going good. Got a few things though, I cant seem to train my social in the baths in my playthrough but can train rhetoric in the basilica. I think from prior experience, when I trigger both occurances of "there is an assistant, he'll train you", it will only unlock the one for the area you are in. The second thing I don't understand at the moment is madam valeria? what does she do, I know its management or something but cant seem to do anything in the current version.

Valeria once hired trains your brothel manager to get better at her job its done auto.

I went to meet him exactly a week after. Otherwise he doesn't show up

AS for the brother, Was V day for me, but when talking to him, he said to come back nest Sol, (two days from then) and he was not there, but was on the next V. Just a heads up, bring cash, had to pay a lot (60k+)

Secondly, the court case seems to be WILDLY random. some case I get paid 13, and once I received 65k and change.

Your statement of having to pay 60k for the brother is VERY MUCH IN ERROR... I just picked em up for 5k

Interesting concept, nice graphics, but horrible game mechanics ...
If traveling, trading and managing were easier, OK, but you having to click a simple walk to the market x-times ...
You can overdo it with the artificial difficulty, and drive players away ...
I'm not going to be a patron here, maybe I'll look in (a lot) later, for now I'm out ...

I'm not quite sure what the issue is. You click on travel, you click on the location, and you see the travel screen. You click during travel, and then you arrive. Which clicks in particular do you suggest we cut out? We're keeping click during travel because in upcoming versions, encounters happen during travel.

As to the trading screen, yes it has a few clicks. You click on the item, you select quantity, you buy and/or bargain. But again, what do you suggest we remove? We're probably going to rewrite the trade screen, so we're open to your feedback.
As to being a patron - We do not use Patreon, so you could not possibly be a patron. You might be a subscriber though, but I doubt it.

I think the main issue here is the travel system/diary confirmation thing to travel. I open the travel option, click the market and then instead of going to the market immediately, it pulls up the diary and makes you manually confirm the action.

On the same vein, to travel to a new region: you open travel, click where you want to go, confirm in the diary, choose to stay outside/in an inn, then open the diary again, click to continue travel, confirm it again and then you are at your destination. That is compared to clicking travel, clicking where I want to go and then after the inn, you could just have a button saying continue travel instead of the whole diary step.

I personally don't mind the system myself but if you want the majority of the players to enjoy the game or for example the trading system, you would have to simplify it out or make it more convenient. The trading system for example, requires you to buy in one location and then go through the travel system(as mentioned above) just to sell the goods at another location.

I found the guy that had him first had to pay him for info but then in the quest book all it says is buy him and something about failure condition missed brothers trader... what do I do?

so after u met the trader the 1st time he will set a date to meet him again( mine is solaris), u go to the market a week after at the exact date to buy the brother back, if u late then the money will incease in order to buy him

Maeve will take some time to heal... dont worry about that, once time is up she will come to.
Altho... Maeve cannot be a working girl... cannot be trained in any of the brothel jobs fyi

I am pretty much at the same point you are, so I have been getting my rhetoric up its a slooooow and tedious process. and the higher you are the more it costs with training.

once you get high enough you will be able to take casess so trying my hand at this, however still being under 50 rhetoric, its a hit and miss and the rewards so far have been minor.

Maybe it should be "Marcus.Sensitivo.value = 100" instead? With additional N? Dunno but would make sense.
