Subscribestar has the same rules too regarding real porn games but it depends upon the dev how he handles it. There are many games out there which use real porn and are doing okay on both the platforms so it's upto dev to manage it.

First things first do not care about getting banned on patreon or shit and don't care about people telling that this game will be abandoned for so and so reason. Just follow your passion and make this game to the best of your abilities. These sort of comments are useless and should be ignored as these ain't related to game. These are just filler comments done by people who won't even play your game or review it so just reply to people who play your game and share their views and thoughts. Just report people who comment trash like this. That's how you can maintain your sanity level on this site. Just ignore all comments about patreon ban or using real porn for monetization and shit like that. It's not worth the time or the effort to get pulled into.

Thanks bro, even if I was banned I'd just switch to another platform, it's not a big deal.
And thanks for the game, there's a lot of things that need to be done and fixed, but we're on our way.
I'm happy that the basics like design, functionality are already done, all that's left is to add content.

A few suggestions, aside from fixing the broken images, which I'm sure you have been told about a thousand times already, would be to take the progress bars for work/fitness/charisma/etc and change them from the level that skill is, to the progress needed to get to the next level. Also I don't know if level 11 is the max level of all the skills, or if its just a super high incremental, but I played around 150 days, where I worked as much as I could every day, spending any remaining energy on fitness, and then on the first of every week, spent all energy on fitness, for the entire game, and level 11 was the max I could get on any skill.
It would also be cool if we could buy items that gives us an exp bonus for certain skills. Like buying gym clothes would give us +1 fitness every time we went to the gym, or a new pair of glasses for charisma, a pair of headphones for work, etc. Just something to spend money on during the large portions of the game where you are hoarding massive amounts of it to buy the next apartment.
As for the sex stuff itself, aside from the brothel, I didn't get any scenes other than the mc imagining himself having sex with one of the women while watching her shower on the cams, so I assume this is going to be mostly a voyeurism game where the mc watches his tenants have sex with others. Is that correct or did I just play the game wrong? I got the green progress bar under the apartment maxed, which I assumed was love or affection or something, basically the "good" stat, and ignored increasing the lust stat as I thought it was the "bad/voyeur" stat and I didn't want to see the girls be fucked by others.
As for the relationship dynamics you talk about for the next patch, the way your worded it seemed like it will have multiple paths like the ever present romance and corruption routes. Is that correct or is there just a single path for each girl?
Also as for the tenants themselves, I'd suggest not locking some of them behind a paywall until you have a good amount of them developed, its not really a great look to only have 2 tenants (well 3, but 2 of them live together) and only have 1 of them allowed at any time. I spent a decent amount of time grinding a lot of cash so I could buy the next apartment and furnish it with the second tier of furniture, just to be slammed in my face with a "patreon only" sign after I had already bought the apartment. Maybe add a "there are no more free version tenants left, are you sure you would like to buy this apartment" disclaimer when there are no more free tenants?
anyway that's enough from me for today. Good luck on your game dev, I played it for a decent while even when not getting porn scenes, and that bodes well for the game as a whole, it has potential as a sort of hybrid incremental game even without the porn. I do hope I am wrong about it being a voyeur/ntr (yes I know voyeur isn't ntr when they were never your girlfriends in the first place) focused game, but I am not here to complain or try to change your mind. Again, good luck on the game, dev.
I think I agree with the consensus that this is a solid but pretty scuffed fist release. Something to be proud of, but also rapidly outgrown. It's a great proof of concept, not a very engaging game.
One thing I haven't seen mentioned is the help screen was very helpful, because without it most of the gameplay UI was perplexing for actually getting someone in the apartment.
Also because I was on firefox, I couldn't really see my money, and paying something like 100K to renovate the first apartment when my expected return was a couple thousand per week was pretty hair-raising.
I do want to compliment you on actually getting to the point very quickly. Too many of these games really seem to like to take forever to get anywhere near their actual gameplay loop for ages, while this one is very quick if you know what buttons to press. It's a great thing to have, and I hope you don't change that.
One gameplay change I might suggest is making it so you can check if anything needs doing for the tenant, without ticking up the counter where they get pissed if you check on them. It encourages you to not talk to them at all except maybe once a week, and thus miss out on events.
Of course if you add in a lot more girls, that system might work if you've got limited 'check in' slots per week, and thus can rotate them around your house-harem. As for the girls, obviously you need more and have deeper events. I got the one free one to lust 100, but it didn't seem to trigger anything I didn't already see. I'm not sure how you intent for the main character to actually fuck these women, but that obviously should be in.
I'm also interested in seeing if you set up mechanics to where it's easier to raise a bunch of girls slowly, or if it's feasible to focus on one until she's done. For games where you can 'pick' the women you have sex with, I think letting players chase the one that catches their eye is usually superior rather then complex gating, but if you have intended intermixed stories you can't really have that.
Either way, I think your story writing works and we just need more of it. And the porn, of course.
On the whole, hope to see more from you in the future, if it's either focusing on one game or making basic but smaller games that work.

No doubt. I'm just saying because it's clear you put in more work than 99% of twine game developers. But even so, players sometimes are assholes and they can be very unforgiving towards devs, even when the mistakes in the grand scheme of things aren't that relevant.
My advice, find some people to test your games. They're easy to find and a fresh set of eyes can be very helpful.

First off, thanks for such a great review!
Yep, level 11 is the max for now.
As for your suggestion, it’s a solid idea, but I’ll need to think about how to mix things up a bit. In the next patch, we’re adding relationships with the girls, and we’re planning to include the option to buy them gifts from the same store.
About the cameras—here’s how it’ll work: if your relationship with a girl goes into the negatives, she’ll end up hooking up with others. If the relationship is at a good level, then you fuck them.
When it comes to relationship dynamics and branching paths, that’s a tricky one. We’re aiming for a game where your choices actually matter and lead to different outcomes—not just a “click anything, get the same result” situation. How well it turns out? We’ll see in the future.
And yeah, I get it—it’s not perfect right now. We’ll figure out how to make it better.

First off, a huge thanks for such a detailed review.
We’re currently working on fixing the issue with Firefox—it’s been a mess, and I never expected things to break specifically in one browser. But we’re on it.
We didn’t want to drag out the gameplay, but at the same time, making it too quick wasn’t ideal either. We’ll see how it feels once relationships with the girls are implemented.
You won’t be able to skip events entirely, even if you don’t check in on them at all. But you’re right—it’s something we’ve been wracking our brains over, and it’ll take more time to get it just right.
The plan is for the MC to hook up with whoever they want—whether it’s just one girl or a whole roster. At this point, the connections between the girls will mostly be limited to short events where you can have fun with two at once. These won’t affect individual progress with any girl—they’re just there to spice things up.
Updates will drop every two weeks (not counting bug fixes), so stay tuned!

it's not something that should be difficult to accomplish.
It is not actually an NTR game. There is zero NTR. NTR is not when someone other than MC has sex. I did suggest adding the tag though because dumb people think that is what it means and get triggered like snowflakes. NTR is when MC's love interest has sex with someone else. In this game MC doesn't care about the tenants having sex with other people and it does not fulfill any of the points of the NTR fetish. MC is not romantic with anyone in the game. MC can't even have sex with tenants afaik in this version.Unless it's already got NTR and is an NTR game missing the tag...
That's a terrible idea, because people avoid NTR games... full stop. And would be a good idea to stop trying to force that tag into games it has no place in (i.e. all non-NTR games)
Why would non-NTR players want LI's that would cheat on MC? makes no sense.
Again, that only applies if this isn't an NTR-game, which if it is, game be missing a tag.

Game has a fantastic gameplay concept, solid UI (aside from firefox bugs). Just hope dev will stick with it after clearly spending a lot of time developing the core framework designed for modular expansion (I've seen this go the opposite way too many times!)
I do hope in future there will be more progress with actually courting the first tenant after relationship points are high enough.
Sidenote - currently either insurance costs aren't being subtracted at all, or at the very least they're not reported properly in the payday budget summary.
