Only 2 very short videos with a low resolution here. Which is a shame because the animations look good and the sound is (low but) also good. I hope to see more from Peace_JN.

Anyway, I did my thing again. I interpolated and reencoded (AV1, 60FPS) and normalized and renamed both videos. This results in 2 video files of not even 1 MiB.

I didn't upscale. Upscaling is increasing the resolution. I interpolated, creating frames that were not there before to make the video look more fluid and lifelike.
And I use Topaz Video AI.

So here are some inputs:
-c:v copy -an for deleting an audio stream from a video (if it is empty. Empty audio streams SHOULD NOT EXIST!)
-vf scale="1920:-1" -crf 12 for resizing a video to 1920 horizontal pixels and saving it as x264 with low compression. This is useful for later frame interpolation because the more pixels the video has, the longer it takes to render.
-c:a copy -c:v libsvtav1 -crf 28 -preset 3 for compressing a video with AV1 at a good quality and a high quality preset. If your PC is slower or the videos are longer I recommend a preset of 5-8. For videos with less details the crf value should be more like 30 or 35, which will result in a smaller file size. If you really want to preserve all the fine details of a hollywood movie you have to go below 28.
