She is the wife of the town’s mayor, whom you have an affair with, before the mayor dies, ultimately allowing you to marry her.

As for the MC’s mother, I don’t think she’s sexable; however, I haven’t played the last few updates, so maybe wait for someone else’s input.

That is Victoria. She is the current Mayors wife. We find out later that the MC's mother left him with his dad and disappeared. Later on you will see her ghostly form at the temple when you put on her ring.

For those lost by the fact that this update dont have walkthrough,the content of this update begins only after you expand the farmhouse,which means you need to hit 4 kids with Julia for that option to be avaible,after that wait some some days and go back to the farm and the new quests will be triggered.
Be warned though,test version means that you may be playing with some game breaking bugs just waiting for you to step on them to detonate your game,so copy your save from earlier versions but never copy the saves you made on this version,cuz you may bring one of these annoying bugs to your hard earned save.

can you give your savefile so Tinkerer can look at it.

It happened multiple times yeah. I didn't really do anything special but chug an Enhanced fertility potion and used the bottom stock. After overfilling BB, the scene sticks and although you can hear your character run in the background and interact with items, the scene still sticks even if you manage to interact with the middle or top stock or even if you manage to exit the dungeon area.
