If you pay attention to the story of the vamps this is the events. The Master created Adaobi, Reanna & Zsofia (which gives him power over them as their projenitor) but they still have freewill outside of his direct commands. Zsofia attacked some qeteshian priestesses which led to the High Priestess leading the capture & imprisonment of Master & the girls. They were all trapped in the Cematery for 200 years until MC & Ziva freed them (its HIS laugh you hear duri g that scene).

Once free Master commands the girls to not leave the graveyard, as punishment for him being trapped so long, & leave to his Castle to start creating his zombies & plaguewolves. The girls are now free of their prison but now bound by Master's words to not leave the graveyard.

Masters actions leads to Oksana & later Purifiers to investigate the area. Adaobi comes to the realsation that Master intends to leave them for dead both to punish them & cover his own tracks until hes strong enough to not care about hiding. That's why, while they cant attack him directly, they command MC to.

RoD:
I'm not asking for it to be an overly common thing, just an option for some girls & mabe a few new scenes for Erevi (like a DP).
I read the story but just figured he was always just hiding in the castle. When they get released from the orbs all I here is women laughing and not a man. I just started a new replay recently due to the new update patch and it may have been changed but I know I definitely heard at least 3 women laughing unless it is bugged. Still it would be nice to have a fourth female vampire LI one of the MILF variety at least. We became a Goblin King, why not a vampire king and marry a vampire queen and have the other girls as part of the vampire harem as well.

Last time I played with sound it was a deep male voice laughing. Like when you on to face him in the Castle. Mabey that got changed or perhaps the girls were added, drowning out the male a bit(?). But yeah he was the fourth one trapped.

If we get another vamp I would like to see a Dhampir but with Patreon cracking down I am not holding my breath... :(

Lol. I dont know why everyone is so worried about Patreon when there are others like SubscribeStar that don't have the same rules as Patreon. It's going to get to the point that everyone is going to leave Patreon because of all of their asinine rules.

''current'' issue for most of them is that teh paying fanbase is on patreon. So why risk your income for that. understandable that Subscribestar has less rules but for them losing the income could be devistating for the workforce/personal life situation.

Just tell everyone that you are switching over, might lose some but the most loyal will follow.

Tinkerer recently created a SS account because of the scrutiny, but has said several times he's remaining on patreon for reasons. So not leaving patreon unless and until they tell him to revise/remove certain content or else. While it's on patreon all official builds will need the decensor patch no matter where you get it, and new content will be "safe" according to their guidelines.

FWIW I suspect it's the payment processors leaning on patreon rather than patreon itself behind the recent push.

I suspect that among the payment processors, it may be Paypal in particular who are the cause of the problem. Patreon have Paypal as a payment option, whereas I believe that Subscribestar doesn't.

I don't think it's quite as simple as that. The SS account was created March 24 and took a couple days to get validated & available for subscription, and only has 22 subs to date. His patreon has (checks).....2,797 as I type this.

As of v3.32 the game itself has both patreon & SS banners on the opening page, though tinkerer-games.com doesn't list SS yet. There's still the element of getting the word out that SS is available now, but even so with as many advocating leaving patreon for SS, many citing they can't/won't use patreon for various reasons, you'd think there'd be more SS subs by now.

yea so far not much people have joined it, and from the people who j oined are like atleast 5-8 people who were patreon people and made the step due not liking Patreon. so its hard to say how it will be for the future.

Just stopping Patreon is like the dumb thing to do, its even better to get kicked/banned due than people who are fans will move, and until that point just try and be on the good side of patreon to earn his living.

I am the person who kept ''bullying'' tinkerer to get a Subscribe page due the fact the landscape keeps changing and big ones get axed aswell, so to have something to re-direct people to before or/if/when it happens.

For me the question was never about stopping Patreon in favour of Subscribstar, but why didn't he use both from the beginning? Having redundancy is a good thing IMO... does having a subscribstar account come with extra charges?

why i cant really say due i dont know the behind the scenes. And dont think Subscribestar was a reall thing when he started on Patreon. (atleast for me it sounds more new than patreon) .

Patreon was founded in 2013, SS in 2017 (can't be arsed to find the specific dates). Tinkerer's first patreon post was early February 2017. At the time SS may not have been in business yet, but patreon was up and running a while.

thanks, its helps my argument that SS wasnt out there yet but even took some time to get its name spread around.
Personally think the name of SS came to light with the start of the patreon drama some years ago, as other way to spread their work around that isnt that Patreon friendly.

Thats a moot point, Subscribestar might not have been so "present" when Tinkerer started but has been in the game for 7 years now, the spirit of my point was why not get the Subscribestar earlier.... Two baskets are better than one particularly when one of them is getting picky about what they will allow.

I know "nobody" knows the answer right now, I'd still be interested in knowing the answer if anyone wants to ask Tinkerer. I've seen a few Devs fall into this trap of losing Patreon before they setup their Subscribestar and I've always been curious if it boiled down to SS having too many conditions or some other undesirable structure that might not be obvious to the casual observer... or if there was a "trust" issue that made Devs doubt SS... or if the Devs simply got too comfortable with the status quo at Patreon and simply never got around to making a Subscribstar account.

There's two sets of clues in the Temple: the scattered pages in the bedroom on the Temple entrance level, and Sister Theresa's journal in the library's reading desk on the next floor down (same floor as the Hall of Patron Saints). Read both & go to the Merchant's Inn found most of the way to Greyport, you'll notice the burned area when you get there. Ask Oliver (the inkeeper) about it, then seek out the great beast by going south from the inn.

(Be sure to actually read the pages & the journal, there's important info in both. And don't forget to investigate the burned area...)
