I am someone who is very picky about what content is in my game. That being said I completely agree with you here. If you don't like the content, politely tell the Dev's what/why and move on (without the expectation of them changing their game to meet your wants as the player).
I think part of the disconnect comes from people who don't take the time to read the forum for the game but then sink several hours into the game before coming across something that really turns them away.
Hell, most players are drawing their conclusions about what's in a game from the tags/info on page 1. So what can one really expect is their (admittedly wrong and they should spend more time investigating and less whining) first impression going to be?

You have a guy with a girl, a guy with multiple girls, a guy with a giant girl, a guy with a pregnant girl, a guy carrying a goblin girl, and a few female characters by themselves... this is kind of a theme...
