If you havent got Decenser then nothing. If you do they are part if Goblin Daughter's questline.
Without the Decensor:
The game's current content can be completed without Dad/Daughter incest.

All the way left, then up, then right, there you will see an ornate entrance, go in and there is the alpha bat and breeder.
Click "items", "Wierdwood map". The map is on the wall in the mayors house, steal it. Take the time to explore, avoiding trouble if you can.
