pretty much every girl has a chance to be impregnated if she asks you to come inside her... (if they don't ask for it you can get in quiet some trouble with them, girls without content won't ask you)
after getting far enough in the witch/Ziva storyline you can also make potions to raise/lower the chances.
once conception is done several women have scenes with grown belly.
only one birth event is included so far

advance the quest of the witch/Ziva... at some point she asks you to locate a temple of Quetesh and recover an artifact...after doing so talk to her and she'll hand you the recipes
gather the ingredients and use the glimming bowl on the table
