Every quest (apart from Zsofia's dress & Oakly's acorn) are time limit free. Suitor will never marry Alice, Roderick will not show up without cucking the mayor & so on. Zsofia's dress quest & Acorns are the only quests that can be failed in the game by not completing them by a certain point.so short answer is NO

Well last time forgot to do that is was strate put into Failed so always assumed that was the case. Havent tried it in the later updates as I never wanted to miss it. So not sure...

Honestly my understanding of NTR is about the same as nuclear fusión. From what I've been told it's when the LI of one party is "forcibly" taken by another party". There is no choice there and that's what I work with, I accept correction on this because I just don't know about NTR that much.
From that understanding I generated my last opinion. As for progressing I accept NTR is unavoidable for the MC in some scenarios. Gotta hurt the poor old mayor's feels. As for his son I debated with someone that explained it to me like this. If you like a girl and are courting her when all of a sudden another man swoops in an sweeps her off her feet and away from you, I was told that's NTR too. I don't play those routes so I will be deficient in my understanding most like forever.

The "forcibly taken" is an angle that lot of Netorare takes, but it is "Loss" that is the big definition I think loss is twice a intense if you endure herculean trials trying to "save" the girl from the guy who is extorting her into being his sex slave, just to be told at the finish line that "actually she loves him now, not you, so she is staying".
The big arguments stem from the point you can't loss what isn't yours to begin with, all those Anti-NTR folk crying that all women are their LI's because they want them, is right up there with the those who claim various celebrities are their soul mates, if they can't have them nobody can.
As for the courting argument, that has a certain amount merit if the girl gives fair indication that she wants you, in the case of the mayors son, that really doesn't apply because neither of the women wanted him or lead him to believe they wanted him, he was simply a wannabe rapist in waiting (rape isn't NTR either, the LI has to choose the other guy over you, having a LI raped is a traumatic event but you still have each other after)

Possibly a self-punishment type masochism? He has put Jenny through so much shit that he may feel guilty & sees her time with MC as the happiest shes been in a long time. Not wanting to lose her he has merely assigned himself the comfort that she still wants to be his wife. He just has to let the mayor fuck her each weak...
Also I'm sure he probably knows deep down non of the kids are his but again he both wants to be with Jenny & wants to be punished for the years of pain he coursed her. Deep down he probably feels he deserves this & has come to terms.
