As FunFuntomes said, that would be a let down. Following all the clues & story points we can expect 2 things; 1) MC will get to fuck Qetesh (shes a fertility goddess in a porn game, that's like endgame conquest!), & 2) Qetesh & MC's mother are the same entity.
To reveal they are different people will be both a let down & would feel like a rug pull.

Meh!! we need more slots in the book of girls anyway (we're going to need two slots for "Mrs Miller" and "Evil Mrs Miller" anyway)... limiting new content by the number of slots left is the most worst possible [can't_think_of_a_suitable_word] to influence the decision making process.... you know what I realized? it would be hilarious if in version 3.50 Tinkerer showed a new female character for her to be a teaser for the next game

I encountered a problem when I returned to Beth's stables with Gabriel from the tavern. According to the walkthrough, Beth should be gone, but no event was triggered. so... next step?
