You have to go to the monastery. Talk to the witch and require things which she asks for. Return back to the tavern. Have a chat with her dad and you will have Alice in the monastery.

The other 2 scenes are including blowjob and missionary sex. In order to get the blowjob, you must catch Alice in the main room. For the sex, you must catch Alice while she is in the library.
