Because a permanent effect would be incredibly laborious. Remake all the old scenes with bigger breasts. Do all the new scenes in two versions...
This way, he'll do a few scenes for each character over time and the fun is guaranteed.

Just wanted to give you a little update on progress. Sadly it wasn't my best week, I struggled a lot with an animation, ended up redoing it twice due to issues. But eventually I came out victorious. I finished another scene, but didn't get much else done. I still want to add one more scene, but will probably start working on the maps now, so I can start scripting events and figuring out what cutscene imagery I need to make.
In other news, Julia ended up winning the Mamillae Majoris (MM) potion poll. See the attached results. Which means she will get an alternate version for one of her existing scenes, in case you wish to use the potion on her. I've also heard rumors of some confusion surrounding the potion. Just to clear things up: the MM potion will only apply a temporary boob size increase, lasting for one scene only. Similar to the Phallus G. potion. It is not a permanent effect.
