So when doing the Mia quest line it requres you to clear trees to build her home. This requires an axe, not a quality axe which you can get from the city now, but the regular axe and equip it. Just a heads up for anyone wondering why it keeps saying you need an axe to chop down the trees.
Similar but beneficial (until it gets fixed): when you get captured during "The Election", any quality weapons are not removed from your inventory. After beating the first bandit you can equip that rather than the sword you take from the corpse.

"Tinkerers Update News"

1754423978342.png

Hi again!

I have got some good news and some bad news this time. The good news is that I've completed my draft build and have just started playtesting. The bad news is that it is a few days later than I hoped. I also have to visit my father this weekend, nothing serious, it's just one of the few weekends I could fit in. It's a 13-14 hour drive each way, so I'm going to lose another two days traveling. Therefore getting a testbuild out to you this weekend (I think I partially promised that last time) regretably isn't feasable. But I'll get the test build out sometime next week (probably closer to Friday.)

The testbuild will also be lacking that extra scene for the nun I mentioned in my last post. I'll squeeze her in before the official release (about a week after the testbuild releases). And will as usual expect some rough edges.

Well, that's about all I have to report at the moment. Oh, and sorry for being rather absent on Discord of late, this build has just sucked up all my energy. But I'll be back.

Enjoy your week!

Tinkerer

Hmm I guess that guy is some kind of prince? Either he is there to marry Yvette or he is the Baron's son. Either way he may have to go :devilish:

Ok, thank you. It seems that the guide didn't mention the way to complete this task, or perhaps I missed it, so this task has never been completed.
Because the quest was added way latter it appears really late in the guide.

I think someone is working on remaking the guide but this is what we have for now.

It took me one and a half days to complete the 73-page content of the guide. This task is on page 101. No wonder I haven't seen it
Im pretty same on that. My SSD with games burn few days back. Than I starte PQ again and it pretty long gameplay.
Plus, I don't play it according to the walkthroughs and I play sidequests a bit haphazardly. So sometimes when I need help by walkthrough searching is a bit of detective work.

At first, I also wanted to play at my own pace. After playing for about ten minutes, I felt that the tasks were too chaotic. The task descriptions in the game were confusing or not detailed enough. After that, I played strictly in the order of the guide. Maybe this wasn't the best order, but at least I wouldn't be like a headless fly flying around in the game

As a long-time fan, I can say that the most natural thing is to play the game step by step as it came out. I definitely don't remember everything about the game, but I'm playing most of it by head now. Some quests are hard to come by without help. Others may be missing a small detail to complete them.

Of course, there are guys, like DomWolf, Damagus01 or FunFuntomes who have played the game several times and probably know about it more than Tinkerer.

Even I still get a little confused on missed hidden variables & getting things to trigger but for the most part I have this game down pretty good without the WT.
