Here's a guide. This is a playthrough so I might miss a few CGs but it'll get you through
-Plant 5 Cams (2 on 1st floor Hallway, 1 in Lounge, and 2 on 2nd floor)
-Check Cam feed from room
-Head to supermarket and talk to clerk
-Go back for 1st naughty(Misaki)
-Skip time to spawn 1st cleaning job(I used cheat engine here to get 100m cash)
-Do cleaning job and go back to bulletin board to unlock trash sort job
-Do trash sort for dirty letter(2C room key)
-Back to board then get plumbing job
I started off with Mirai first because Misaki route is easier

Watch her shower to get info on Aya. Change the language to not English. Do a web search on Aya for clues on the former dorm manager. Go to the park to talk to the guy there.
