you gotta first search %appdata% in your file explorer then go to locallow and in there go to horny doge then peeping dorm manager should look something like this at the end
C:\Users\KAdmin\AppData\LocalLow\Horny Doge\Peeping Dorm Manager
just extract the files and paste it there

For people struggling with the minigame, try using cheat engine's speed hack; turn it to 0.5 or 0.25 for more time to react. Also do not forget to get work upgrades from that dude in bench at gentleman club.
