I rarely post comments, but I just finished your introduction and I had to say, I will definitely be following this one. The story line seems solid, the main characters all to seem down to earth and mostly believable, I think you have done just the right amount of animations without it being overbearing, and I like the fact that is not a sandbox. My only input would be to tell YOUR story. Don't get all tied up with every bodies' opinion of how you tell it. If people don't like YOUR story, there a plenty others out there for them. I know I'm not the only one who enjoys a straight forward story with out all the optional this and that or mini-game insets. I also have a request, don't burn yourself out and have fun with it. I would really like to see this one come to completion. Good luck!

I personally wouldn't mind a situation with the MC and Dad sharing, I agree with you on the whole not enough full-family action VNs. There's a decent one called Family Vaction where you play as the Dad and you can allow sharing content with the son, and yea the NSFW games someone else mentioned (although the dad is dead in the first game in that series, but yea there's plenty of non-cuck sharing action in those games), but besides those can't think of too many that are out already with incest sharing content. There's a couple in the works I know of but IDK when they'll see the light of day.

Sleep sex isn't really a thing for me, but I definitely prefer if it was the MC sleeping and being played with, usually when it's the other way, the MC comes off as too creepy... especially as an older character. As for the hinted ntr/s content... I know this is going to be a kn, but some kinks are way more controversial and provoke extreme reactions than others... none more than the aforementioned and I know you don't want to spoil or give anything away but the haremcest crowd rarely is down with any kind of ntr (except maybe netori). That said, I'd hope there was at least an option to go down that path and if not, then let people know what they can expect that is unavoidable.
We need some more creeper content out here, it's a fucking drought. There's plenty of non-creeper incest, thanks to Patreon rules creeper shit is mostly dead. And if people are doing creeper stuff it's all NTR garbage. There's nothing I hate more than downloading a game with creeper tags and having all of it be NTR. There's a serious lack of MC incest creeper content. I know this dev isn't really into it, but just making a statement on the state of the scene.
If anyone made a high-quality incest creeper game, they'd make bank cuz there's a massive hole in the market that's not being met. At this point I'm thinking of doing it myself except that I wouldn't be able to goon to my own work lol. The only upside would be people like it and others copied my work hoping to get a bag (in this space, lol).
Yea, the flatness and lack of well-sourced shadows is offputting; Koikatsu mods these days are capable of so much better. And you'll attract more people because most people hate Koikatsu models that are close to the base, flat characters. There is a hardcore contingent of people who like Koikatsu characters no matter what they look like, but that's a big gamble if you don't add some character of your own. Not saying the characters don't look good; they are really well designed, but there are a lot of tools that really make Koikatsu characters pop out there now.
Look at Twisted World to see what Koikatsu models can look like these days. Also I know it's HS 2, but Money or Morals is worth checking out just to see what level Illusion mods/animations are at currently. It would suck for the game to get really far along, and having to redo a lot of things because you realize there are a lot of powerful tools out there you didn't take advantage of. This was a strong start, but if you take a minute and see what's available to you, you could really make something special.

I mean, Snats technically does a ton of work on the game, just none of it is on the actual story lol...
