I understand your disappointment, but no game you develop with this mindset will last beyond two or three updates. No matter how good a game you make, there will always be better or more popular ones. What you achieve in a year with ten updates, another developer will achieve in two weeks. That's one of the harsh realities of this industry.

Have you tried writing an email to subscribestar? Some creators have had to reach out to them in order to get their account activated.
Also it's unfortunate to see that this game didn't get the attention you wanted. I personally think you had a pretty good base of people who were excited to try your game.
But I can understand if a lack of engagement has you feeling discouraged, especially if this is a personal project that means a lot to you.

I actually gave a shit about this game, i was into it, i was pumped when i saw it again in latest updates... your excuses for dropping it leave a very bitter taste in my mouth, i hope you don't try and make other games after this, you're undeserving of support. Not even going to play the final update, scrubbed from my computer, game thrown on ignore and same goes for your account. I regret ever touching it, get bent.

FR! That's what people who've never actually created something sound like, who think vibe coding is just another link in the dev tool chain after engines and IDEs, and are entitled as fuck.
They think it's easy to quit something because they have no idea the work and hope that went into it. It's not at all. It's a calculated, and very difficult, decision. Sometimes it's also somewhat rash/premature as I think is the case here. There's a real demand for this type of game, particularly for one that's actually finished, because so few are.
Seems like the game's getting some engagement now. Hopefully that'll change the dev's mind, because I certainly liked what I played and I rarely play anything this early in development.

Thanks for that. And yes, it was a fairly difficult decision. But think about what kind of game & story this is. I can't talk to my friends and family IRL about this kind of hobby, and when I really sit back and reflect on what kind of story it is, it's not something I can be proud of. Sitting at home, alone, for hours each day to make a game where some dude is trying to fuck his family lol. I hope you all can understand that at first it was fun, but eventually it just got lonely.
