Textbook false equivalence.? that's not sharing, that's just cheating with a doormat mc...if a thief broke into someone's house, but then accepted he was being robbed and couldnt do anything about it, you wouldn't describe that was him "sharing his posessesions" with someone elseall i'm saying is thats perfectly in line with an ntr fanbase. The player wants to see cheating, they get to see their cheating.
Of course a cheated husband can do something about it. Did he have a gun on his head forcing him to not react to the wife slutting it up? That's why games like this choose to make him inexplicably ignore it. If you found out your buddy knew his wife was stepping out but did nothing about it, despite being perfectly able to do so, you 'd be calling him a cuckold. And rightly so.
I think the issue with these games is the format. The whole phone thing is very restrictive. It's hard to show cheating happening to the player, without the player character being aware of it. Which ends up making all routes play like nts.
