It's a complete game. It's just that I compress the images very hard and they weigh very, very little.
Thanks for the update. A shame about the version incompatibility, especially since the game has grown to be quite long now.
I only barely understand Ren'py so I can't offer helpful insight on the rather generic error message that pops up from trying to load a save from a previous version. From a development perspective, I can only think to encourage attempting to revert codebase/script changes (I hope your work is version controlled!) until the issue seems to no longer be present. That might isolate the script change that broke old-version loading.
Bugs:
From checking out v0.10.4, looks like images F502 and F504 are never shown in the game? (thus are never unlockable for gallery)
I also noticed F297 is still never unlockable. Looking at things, looks like your IF conditions for the following combinations: Choice303, Choice316, Choice318 or Choice320, Choice402 -- are written without the 'v' suffix, so they're referencing the wrong variables; and always passing true.

0.11 focuses on the long-awaited scene of Lisa and Sam in the pool. The entire supplement is dedicated to the NTR version of this event and some others after it. 0.12 will be dedicated to the NTS branch of this and subsequent events.
Well that sucks about not knowing why saves are broken. I'm def not risking starting another save since it sounds like it could just happen again.
Can you at least post save files for the different routes so we don't have to restart?

I doubt that there is an NTS in this game, since I chose it, but Lisa still hides a lot from me, and tells her friend a lot more. Despite the fact that he tells me one thing and does something completely different. I told her to tell me if Aron texted, and she texted me while she was in the bathroom with him.
If I find out everything from other sources, then it's not NTS anymore.
Locking into rute is super late and before that you dont know what to prioritize, and then you are locked without seeing anything new basicly.

If you play on Easy mode, it will tell you the stat requirements on the decision point (where you tell Lisa what you seek from your relationship). Here are the requirements stated:Ummm, what Stats should I be focusing on to choose the NTS path? I got to the choice, and I can't choose any of the three options, they are unavailable to me. I was steadily choosing everything promiscuous, and still it's not good enough

Of course you're going to need to play on Normal difficulty at least to have your current stats visible to you at all times. Good luck.

That's strange, did you fall below the stat check (as per my first reply quote above) and have Lisa decline to pursue the open relationship (she says she's "not ready")?
If she agrees, the story would progress into very much NTS storyline where she'd seek your permission/validation before each encounter - following which she would share her sneaky photos with you (should you say yes to them).
