What happened with the game?

I play love route in the last chapter he was returning and coming back to home, now it's like he never came and some unknown number started to send pics of Lisa cheating. And then he even says he like it. Wtf? is happening to love route, it is now willing cuck.
I stopped playing ntr of the game because he was lame just watching and doing nothing, hope what's happening in love route is a bug. If it is not a bug that's the end of the game for me.

The 1st, True Love path but behind Adam she is cheating with Sam

2nd, True love path but she's cheating again doing wild sex with The twins partner with Kira, in the end she couldn't refuse KIra firmly.

And there is Sofia NTS chat, in True Love path Mark and Sofia never discuss about NTS, and I think in the end Mark will throw up these idea too. That's why Sofia in True love looks strong and dependable for Lisa, but not in these chat/path I think Sofia will become like Lisa if she goes down this path, and easy to corrupt by Kira.

Yeah... i got the same bug. Started a new game with a fresh save (as always after an update... lol). Game straight-up derails when MC returns to surprise Lisa (love path)! Sofia distracts her with a shopping spree, MC turns their home into Romance Central with wine and sushi... and finally, they re reunited in a (non visible) steamy scene. Cue the next morning: Lisa s heading to the office, texting MC like he s still ghosted at home (WUT?), and bam....new colleague Rick pops up. Next thing you know, Lisa s dressing like a high-end escort, dropping sappy one-liners on MC s texts, cozying up to Kira (even though their friendship s deader than my ex s goldfish), and the cherry on top? Sofia s suddenly on an NTS-killing rampage like she s auditioning for John Wick - The Cozy Chapter! I mean, WTF?! Shouldn t MC and Lisa be all lovey-dovey in THEIR home after work? Shouldn t Lisa be climbing him like a tree now that he s finally back? Time together, cuddles, the works! Everything post comeback makes ZERO sense and i got MASSIVE cheating vibes... (at least on the LOVE path—it s like Taptus swapped scripts with a bad fanfic writer)! Please Taptus....fix this...! You can t be serious with this Storypath!

I kind of gave up in general - as there are no consistency. For first scene with Karl to happen (the one with Kira in the closet) you must be in NTR route. If you will chose "undecided" route - it will be scene with FMC neighbour for some reason. Why? I have no idea. And if you will go with NTR route but love rating too high - she will slap him, but will go to neighbour for sex. If her love rating is low enough she may go farther with Karl in that scene, but at that love rating (in NTR route) she pretty much fucks everyone and everything. And at some point she decides that she needs to be more independant from Karl - pretty much becomes "very proffesional" with him. But still cheating with everyone else. If game will "revive", I hope that earlier content will be improved.

the devs said they are having problems with boosty and subscribe star is known for its random long reviewing period (and they don't tell you why your application doesn't pass)
many devs hate patreon but they are still using it for a reason.
