Overview:
“Phone Story” is a game in which you can realize your Netorare / Netorase fantasies. The main character goes on a long business trip and leaves his wife Lisa alone. Fortunately, there is a good friend next to her who can support and push Lisa in the right direction. The player is free to choose this direction and the fate of the relationship. Will it be an "open relationship" or will the player be interested in watching his wife slowly become corrupt. Or maybe he will try to keep her interest and loveability? Everything is in your hands.​

Sure, it's another phone game, but this newer trend of using Ren'Py and actual images instead of text is NOT a good idea. If you want to revise anything or correct some spelling mistakes, then it's not just one image that needs fixing, but several images in a row. This is because it's not text moving down a screen, but a image slideshow giving the illusion of scrolling text.

Another problem is the lack of compression here. Each image is several hundred kilobytes, and with that many images for the same text bubble over and over again it really adds up! The same text as actual and easily revisable text would just be a few kilobytes, and not this gigabyte sized monster.

Hello! Thank you for such a detailed comment, yes, I agree with you, these are really the costs of this method that I have to go to now. But this greatly simplifies the programming process.

However, if the public finds my project interesting, then I will devote much more time to it and transfer it to a more elegant solution, from the software part.

I can understand how most programming is easier your way, but I still believe that making revisions and adjustments will be unnecessarily tedious and difficult instead. This is something only you can decide, so I wish you luck and success whatever you decide to do.

Also, I would still try to compress all your images somewhat. There should be people and resources on this site to help you. I believe this could be done without much loss of quality. I suggest at least to compress most of the "text"-images, and perhaps leave the full screen photographs in full quality as a compromise?

Thank you so much for your tips! Yes, I will definitely take this into account in the upcoming additions, the images will be compressed. Well, or if people like the game and they support me on patreon, I will undertake to redo it from scratch, but this time correctly from the code side

I suggest writing your own synopsis or editing this AI made one, this reads like amazon erotic books for women. Completely wrong demographic and way too much purple prose.
