Hello thanks for your feedback. My opinion is that there is a difference between creating content based on someone's work and pirating a ready-made context. AI is trained on the style of artists, but I use this tool to create something new, based on the old. The artists themselves draw their pictures not because of the "absolute spirit of Hegel", but based on the styles and techniques of their predecessors. AI is just a user-friendly tool for creating a new one.
Draining a game is not creating a new one, it's distributing the finished one.
For example, on this site there is a guy who created his game based on my written "phone simulator" for this game, I'm not very pleased of course that he just took it, but he made his game with his story, he made something new based on my work, success to him, the main thing is that he would not I stopped and updated the engine with new ideas. Perhaps I myself will eventually find something interesting in his code.
I think the main contradiction is what is considered "other", that is, where is the degree of difference between what the creator had and what was done by the second author. All the spears break exactly on this, since everyone has a different point of view about where is already something new, and where is the border of the author's content. Here, I am afraid, there is no point in arguing, since I do not see any objective factors that would help to judge the dispute. My opinion is that my use of AI creates something completely different, for a different niche than it was originally for the author of the image style.
