We don't know that yet. It's still in the early setup phases of RM with Kira. But it will probably lead to that yes if you go with the betrayal route and tell Sakura about Kira's plan and her being a cop.

You can go on dates with her eventually and even go as far as having sex with her while testing out if she is lesbian or bisexual.

Thanks for calling this out, troubleshooting it and I've got the same issue coming up on the PC version. I'm checking with the mod creator to see if this is an issue with the mod or if I just failed when installing it
Are there gonna be any updates to Monica any time soon? It feels like it's been a long time since anything has happened with her.

There is still another part of this update to be released (side activities with Rachel)
After that we are probably gonna see a poll/reveal of who is gonna be the main focus of 0.16.0

again? thats all the last 2 updates where... just side events for her... (unless you really want to count that one scene that was main story which i don't)

Other -> Evelyn sides -> posters... note if you complete Miroslav events you will be locked out of all the posters and other side events, so once at his event step 14 don't actually finish it until you do all the other side stuff first
You'll also get an achievement if you get 11 out the 12 posters HOWEVER if you're on Alice's maiden route you won't beable to get 11 only 10
