from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11 ), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

I have android 13, i gave access to all files already, but when trying to open the game, it stays at the loading... screen

Am i missing something?

App will open after few mins of loading it takes long time cause app weights much.
Long loading happens everytime.

Does anyone know how to unlock achievement 9? I have done basically all of the ways that I could interpret the instructions in the walkthrough but even so it does not fire, is there some hidden variable that makes it so that you cannot get the achievement not mentioned?

you must first blackmail monica properly,
so that she is angry when you come in with lina for her oral exam.

I've done exactly that as well as just teasing her in another test, it does not fire the event where she chokes you with her feet or give the achievement when I have done it.

Pretty sure you had to have Monica be a maiden (RM) for that one when I checked the triggers.

I mean ok, I haven't tested that, but why on earth would that be a hidden trigger? By that point she is your full on prostitute, why would she still be 'a bit annoyed' about the teasing? Seems if that is the case then the walkthrough is not even helpful at that point.

and she's completely prostituted until the very end,
when you actually fuck her in the red maiden.

Also looking at it through the scene gallery there are 2 separate scenes for if she is a maiden or not. The corruption one is meant to show you getting choked, for some unknown reason it skips this part for me and withholds the achievement, or the maiden one where she calls you master.

well,all i can say is that i always do the monica corruption route first,
i don't even have to put her in the red maiden yet,
and then i will only start the lina route.
and then i always have achievement 9 when i go to monica with lina.

Monica did not wanted to anyone find out about blackmail (also about correcting Kevin's tests) and she's angry cause Lina could say someone how mc was behaving in headmistress office. It's start of their RM relationship and Monica still resists, Mc cross the border and molest Monica when Lina was watching. She wants to keep blackmail in secret and allows mc to do stuff when they are alone. If someone report blackmail and what Monica was doing with Kevin's tests it would end up with scandal.

No, there is a choice when you are talking with Sakura when Kira is working at the restaurant, where you can decide to follow the supposed good path and keep investigating or the corruption path where you betray Kira and tell to Sakura she is a cop, and i´m guessing after that you take advantage of the situation with Kira
