Not really, apart from the anime like size of the eyes on all the characters. All the characters look to be in their late teens or older.

Well there are some new scenes with this v9.2 rebuild, but these changes doesn't justify playing from beginning.
PS: I have seen some improvements in the gameplay (it's easier), but 0 in story progress. This game feels like Milf City

Short answer: yes.
Long answer: there are two main paths for each character (love or corruption) if you choose one path you may miss stuff from the other. I would recommend playing it twice (or more times, its a good story) to see everything. Some of the achievements are also missable because they have specific (sometimes contradictory) requirements. As for mom she has some good scenes, but no penis-in-vagina sex so far (as of 0.8). this may be different in the new update, i have not played it yet, but it does say new evelyn content (she is the mom). Overall i would highly recommend playing it
