The update ends at the diner, but make sure to go back and explore after reaching it, (The game asks you «are you sure you want to end?» when you reach the final part of the diner).
There is a lot stuff thats hidden/only available after reaching it (Such as seeing the hippo-woman etc)
I can only say that updates will not come out every two weeks (at least not yet), but you don’t need to wait a million years either. As I remember, three updates were planned before the New Year, but this was before the release of v0.03, so logically there should be two more updates, but I don’t know for sure.

I just did it all again from an old save, bug was all fixed? I had the same issue with other people where chicken didn't give me the panties. You get the ladder last after all the other clothing are done I think.

To get the panties on top of the coop just interact with the chicken coop gate. The chicken lands down and the panties falls to the ground. If that doesn't work then load another save from before the Kaise honey mission and don't interact with the chicken coop gate until Jenny's clothes mission starts. There's still a very annoying bug it seems andI can't find the shirt anywhere
