Adding some games from the list (and ones that I remembered) that I already know are good:
Skantish - Furry Metroidvania. Not the absolute cream of the crop and in a similar position as Ninja Sekiren, but it's plenty enjoyable.
Super Mamono Sisters &
Lost in the World of Succubi - Two Metroidvanias made by Shimofumi-ya. SMS was one of my first H-game experiences, and probably one of the most memorable gaming experiences I've had. And given that it's having to contest with games like Nine Sols and Destiny, that's a saying a lot.
Daisenka/Glory and Miserable Survivors DX - Another naughty Survivor-like made by one of my favorite artists, Takorin. I don't have a lot to say here, it's just great.
Crisis Point Extinction - The closest to a naughty Metroid I've seen. Very good, but currently in development hell. Followed this game from early development and loved it, but I'm kinda sad it's teetering on the edge of abandonment.
Onigotchi - Tamogatchi-like autobattler. Made by one of the goats BadColor, really well designed and rewarding game. Almost impressively replayable. (Also, one of the few games where I can tolerate having exclusively loss = rewards outside of the unlockable gallery. Loss in this game is pretty much essential to progress.)
Sorceress End - One of my favorite H-games of all time, NSFW Minesweeper. Also made by BadColor. WE NEED MORE GOOD MINESWEEPER GAMES. (The game can be a little unfair, but it's the best of its kind that I've seen.)
Heroine Conquest - A really fun...simulation(?) game. Admittedly on the harder side of the spectrum, but very rewarding by the end. You've probably noticed a running theme here with BadColor's games-
Sadiubus - ...Not sure how to describe this one. It's like Succubus Temptation turned into an action game, I guess. Which isn't bad by any means, it's just an odd hybrid.
Coco Nutshake,
Futanari Di Funghi, and
Lewd Leaf Land - These feel more like microgames than anything tbh, but they're still worth putting here. Each have their own little quirks and are interesting in their own rights.
Knight of Erin - An impressively unique turn-based RPG that is almost entirely based in pure fucking SKILL. One of those games where you might lock in so hard you forget that you didn't download this just for the gameplay-
Lotty's Adventure - ...HOW DID I NOT ADD THIS. I LITERALLY AM IN THE DISCORD SERVER, WHAT THE FU--...ahem. A very, VERY good action platformer that's heavily based around pure technique and, once again, skill. No gallery yet, but it's not obnoxiously painful to find and enjoy each scene.
Kincaid - Also not sure how I forgot about this one, given I wishlisted it on Steam. Interesting action platformer, slightly jank but not too bad. Recently got some updates that I've yet to go and check out.
Dark Hunter Kuro - A janky platfomer with amazing animations and addicting combat. Despite its flaws, I loved playing this game and will probably go back to it at some point soon for shits and giggles.
Flying Princess Interbreed - Lewd Angry Birds. That's all I need to say.
Setalia The Demon Realm &
Seal of Lutellaria - Action-Horror games that are nothing short of an extended acid trip. Also on the more difficult side, but well worth the effort.
Mega Neesan - It's literally just lewd Mega Man. I mean, look at the name. Unfortunately heavily censored, but still really fun.
Succubus Roulette - Lewd Buckshot Roulette. Nothing much, just a short and sweet game.
Free Cardware - The first true roguelike on this list, and one of my favorite deckbuilders. Updates are painfully slow, butt defintely worthwhile.
...this took forever to write. By the time you see this, I should be at least a decent way through adding these to the list.
