I never said it was. I said it's against the law for payment processors to accept money that comes from adult entertainment or sexual activities without incurring fines or being unable to obtain federal loans / grants / monies.

Platforms like steam or itch act as a third party, in which case payment processors don't have to worry about the legal implications.
