Abelius uses PlayMaker, which is visual scripting, so he isn't really coding, even if he calls himself a coder-evil-genius-hacker-man. He also previously worked on Lok before abandoning it (or rather, messing it up). As for his main job, it's probably abandoning hentai games and exploiting naive fans. Mocking someone who actually codes while somewhat defending someone who relies on AI to do most of the work, without understanding how scripting works, seems a bit disingenuous and dishonest. But I know nothing, I'm just a bot...That would depend on how much you know about coding

If 0.13A is delayed to August, 0.13B might even be in Oct or Nov. I said before that we won't see 0.15 this year but it looks like we won't see 0.14 either.
Two versions for the entire year, and the current version 0.12 was being worked on from Nov 2023, so he had a two-month head start as well.

It really just looks like he decided to make two versions because he understands that the majority of followers are deep in the sunk cost fallacy and won't leave him no matter what. So he wants to attract more new supporters by simulating a normal update cycle by releasing two or three versions in back-to-back order.
