I completely agree with you. The lighting has become much better, so in some cities, you don't even need to turn on a flashlight
I ran around for a bit but couldn't find a single key. I decided it would be best to start the game over, since it's the EOG version.

Hey everyone! Merry Christmas!
Finally, a Christmas Update! This time we got a double update! Because last month we didn't had one... and it will be free for everyone! Anyway, here's the links!

Sooo... it's almost christmas! Last time we didn't got nothing special, but this year is different! I developed a special version that got two updates, the last month update was insane and alot different! Sadly it was postdated because it was incomplete... but it will crush some hearts, and make some other happy and the XMAS update (that will only work in this month and it will be disabled next month! And will only work again in the next Xmas!).
Hotfix: Now you can enable XMAS at will in the options! And some fixes were done with jumping and some small bugs...
Major Updates:
New Minimap! Now you can check out where you are and find objects easily with this minimap developed by Anima Corp for security employee!
A new XMAS event! With a... ending!? The first ending of the game! Find all 10 gifts and find out what the power of christmas can do!
A new playable character?! Yeah! A new insane adventure inside the complex, a action themed section with alot of explosions! Beware, it is optional to complete this section... and your choices have consequences...
There's alot more! Like, now you can fix Mandy's arm, get new gadgets, more zones to explore, escape from Lilith... but i'll leave the smaller updates for you all to find!

Hey, new player.
Tried to start a new game, got all the way to the "christmas lobby" and saw someone say I wasn't supposed to be here, game just freezes there. Completely new game, and it softlocks.
Any way around this? Old saves don't work, 1.3.7 console won't let me use warp.

this did not happen to me and i waited for a moment before turning around. did you close the game and try again? or try reset in the options.
