Overview:
After a toxin is released, turning people into zombie-like creatures, the protagonist and his girlfriend are forced to flee their home, living a life constantly on the run. That is, until they stumble upon a mansion owned by a man with a.. questionable character, to say the least. Plagued by Lust is an adult-themed NSFW RPG featuring elements of corruption and netorare. The game promises a dark and immersive story, with new themes planned for future updates. All characters in the game are 18 years of age or older.​

Noup, I just wrote a Python script to iterate through and resize the default RPG Maker tilesets to 16x16 and lower its saturation. Making it easier for me to create my own pixel art, since 48x48 its a bit big to my current skills. And yes, I took inspiration from your games, lol.

yea, it has to be resized back to 48x48 eventually, or else it will be glitched in the engine.
However, its 'resolution' remains the same. If you take a closer look, each pixel is now 3x3 in size

Tbh... it's pretty rough and simple so far... i didn't have the time to draw many more scenes, so I didn't want to turn this into a grindy mess with little to no reward BUT I do plan to make it more complex and interesting as dev goes on! it is my main priority (after all, the main part of the game, the NTR, will revolve around it)

this version is just an introduction to what i plan to do.

alright, I see.
anyway, people often asked me if it was okay to take inspiration from my games, this is the first time someone did it without my consent and I dont know how to feel about it. I don't want to discourage you but I strongly advice you a couple of things, first of all try to ask before re-doing something you saw from another indie, secondly try to understand the limits of how to "take inspiration".

I played the demo and it's very cool so far, but I noticed many things that felt awkwardly familiar (resized tileset, love interest following you, corruption points, enemies harassing you in battle, even the villa kinda reminds me of Artificial Blood's villa)!

I think you got a good spirit and you have a potential to do a good game but try to have your own identity and talk and discuss with other creatives when you like their idea and I could become your biggest fan :3
hope I didn't seem harsh, I really want to encourage you doing your things in your way, and I also want to enjoy your works without feeling awkward (it was really weird)

Interesting art style and character design, I'm a fan. Intriguing concept for a story as well, good potential for gameplay and scenes. Definitely keeping a closer eye on this NTR title than others, since this one actually seems to have an identity and worthwhile writing. Good luck on development.
