I will leave it here for anyone who want to reach 100% completion in the demo.
To find cards:
1. You can climb metal pipe/gutters to reach quest npc on the top left from mc apartment building, then find 2 gang signs and press c and I believe 2 where on the roofs, if you need to go on the ladder you need to jump at it from small distance away. After drawing on all of them he gives you photo.
2. Snow man, 3-4 are on the ground and 1-2 are on the top of the buildings, after finding them all he gives you photo
3. You need to climb on pipe/gutter next to mc building apartment, there you can find X near edge of the top of the building, from there you have to sprint jump to jump into apartment on the other building, it is not visible till you get inside, but if you stay behind the building you can see inside it. There in one of the rooms you can find photo
4. In the military base, go back to general/scythe? room there you can find key card. Go with it to elevator to the left from where other girls are and use key card on the red panel. Go down the elevator.
There you can find one photo on the immediete left room
5. Last photo you find at the bottom of this floor there is one room.

Extra:
If you go to room with tanks on this floor you will have small cutscene, but it doesn't rly show anything.
If you want to see those photos, simply press backpack with your mouse and when going over photo I believe you press D, but If I am wrong text says what to press.
