Came here on a whim cause joiplay discord hasn't helped. For pokemon pathways I get this splash image title error where my game crashes right after. Anyone have the same issue or know how to solve it?

Sorry if i'm bothering but I have some issues using joiplay. I want to play the pc v0.20.16 version of Summertime saga. I'm using the latest public version of joiplay (1.20.550). I installed the latest renoy plug-ins and all but when i launch the game it's stuck on joiplay loading screen forever. When i click on the game it recommands me to install an another plugin "more compatible", i tested with the 2 different plug-ins but nothing works. Is that a game issue ? How can i play it using joiplay ?

Uses Ren'Py v8.3.7. Try long-tapping on the game's icon > Settings, enable "Recompile Scripts"

I dll the v8.3 7 plugin and then launched took bit of time but it worked thx so much.
I tried to play a struggle with sin and this image showed up when I opened it. Played with the latest public version and it's plugins. Idk what to do

Well its working for me maybe dll other games and then check wat happens. Usually dev changes stuff on rpgm renpy but until then its working.

have you try ema milf warrior? The game may crash somehow while gallery on Depravity of Lewd Vampire just crash on previous ver plugin.

I don't know if works... But i know you don't must uninstall the previus version because Joiplay uses the best version for each game(i tested myself with Ren'Py games), about lewd vampire game try turn off/on "ruby" or "miniz" in settings(rpgmaker) maybe works...

ruby do nothing I think there other plugin problem crash just VAce with mostly old games ty
has anyone had a problem with mp4 videos in html games? none of them play no matter what i do. i have the same problem with different games, so it is definitely on my side, but i cant it figure out. what i see in logs of two different games:
webp, gif, motion jpeg, static images work perfect. i tried different settings, different joiplay versions, etc. and i dont know when it started.

Which games are these? It's possible that they're encoded using a codec that your phone or WebKit isn't compatible with, but if need to check to make sure.
the second one is "a succubus is born", i didnt update it since february, and it worked well then, but not anymore. it is definitely on my side.
