There is "Showing xx posts per page" option on top (if you can't see it then you can press ctrl+F and search keywork "posts per page"), if your reference 21 pages that mean you have 100 posts per page setting, you can change it to 20, 40, 60, 100 posts. Usually people use 20 posts per page setting (of course you can have any setting as you want, I just mention this so you can understand when people say "look at xx page" then high possibly they're using 20 posts per page setting).
This game control very simple, you just use mouse click to select everything, left click to progress story (or hold ctrl to fast skip story), after story is action scene, you just left click to select the position you want, click on square under right corner to penetrate, then click again to move, scroll middle button to change speed. Then watch until they reached climax. Then click the under left button to finish the scene to next story, that's all this game about click and watch.

The game already have English language so you can simply read the text to select what you want to do.
For the text, you can't control it.
After you clear a scene, the game auto save when you exit (press in-game exit button or ESC button, not the close [X].).
