So I actually managed to fix it. If you go into the actual translations for the game you'll see that the download on this thread doesn't actually come with translations for Ritsuko at all which is why she doesn't have subtitles. What I did was download the full english translations and then replace all the translation files for my game with the completed translations.

Honestly took me a while to figure out but it's actually a quick fix. All that effort and I hated the way the game ended. Man, I could cry.

There's an issue I'm guessing with all of the better repack illusion games on linux because I also tried Koikatsu and it had the same issues.

I found a reddit thread on how to fix Koikatsu which instructed to add this launch argument in your launcher: "WINEDLLOVERRIDES=winhttp=n,b".

Works with this game too.

Could just be me but some of the additional mods and patches links don't work for me, either they don't exist anymore or just don't load anything. Does anyone have a way to get them? (Really just interested in the uncensored patches)

If you only need uncensored mod then you can simply download Screwthisnoise's repack (it have uncensored and some other mods), his repack is darker than original game so you might need to change the lighting a little if you dislike that.
The cubemap and extra is only used in studio, you don't need to download them.

The game is pretty old and modder mostly stop working on it so it's hard to find alive mod links, you can find them from various places with google but I think the repack already have decent mods to use.
Except one thing, his repack use compressed files to save HDD space so it take longer to load than original game.

Thanks a lot for the link and info, after I noticed the links didn't work I did search on google for an uncensor but didn't find much other than the obvious spam sites/russian game downloads which didn't help with what I was looking for.

Downloaded better repack 3.2 without the optional files. Game still launch in jap and new game button doesn't do anything?

Manually installing the eng files with the IPA shit gives english test but new game button still doesn't do anything

Edit : The repack i got comes with bepin and now it says ipa and bepin are non compatible. What the fuck?

If you use the betterrepack it should have English at default, you just need to open and play.
In some case, bepin doesn't work except if you open the game as administrator.
Yeah, IPA and bepin doesn't compatible. However because you apply IPA in the betterrepack I think the game break already (because it patched the exe file, you can't turn it back), you must delete everything and redownload.

Can someone please tell me a way to cheat in this game? I've tried playing it on at least 6 different occasions but I can never get past the beginning. I've already tried putting a completed save as the last save file like someone else suggested but it didn't work, possibly because I'm playing the completed version, however I just need some sort of all rounder cheat I can use, I'm sure someone's made one by now.

Thanks for replying.

That's odd because I definitely played with the repack before and I didn't have these issues.

I start the game from repack launcher. The launcher is in english indeed but once the game starts, the menu is in japanese and the first button (new game) doesnt do anything.

As I said, the repack already have everything (English and uncensored), you just need to open it and play without do anything else. Bepin sometime doesn't work if not play as administrator, probably depend on it version but I don't know what the author use in this game, so if you can play the full game in English from start then no need to bother.
But if you add something new (like add new mod or new plugin). There are various things can break the game so I can't tell exactly what is your problem. For example:
1. If you active the IPA, because it doesn't compatible with Bepin so both of them will break, that cause the plugins not work anymore. The game is translated by plugin so it'll turn back Japanese.
2. If you installed new mod (for example, you download some uncensor mod from somewhere else or even the uncensor in this topic won't work with the current repack), so the game unable to load the file and you can't play it.
The launcher and the game is different thing. The launcher will always in English while the text in-game is translated by Bepin, so if anything cause Bepin not work then the in-game will be Japanese.
Anyway, the best way to fix is delete everything and download the repack again. Be careful whenever you add something new.

I'm surprised there aren't more mod support for this game. Like more positions, and actually changing the dick color and more sceneries. Game's one of a kind. Shame.

If you have trouble starting the game, start the game once through the launcher (InitSetting.exe), this will check for errors and fix them as well before starting the game.

OK, this pack is, as it were with R2, a rather big bump on both the plugin and clothing mods side of things, quite the update. This is great and all, but makes offering a updater available somewhat tricky, taken that the updater weighs 6GB this time around, so it will be delayed a bit pending testing and troubleshooting if there are problems (aka, not today, I need a breather first), and it will not be offered via the usual BRHost method, instead being offered via GDrive and Torrent.

Also, gone back to splitting off optional stuff like cubemaps and such to a optional archive again due to feedback from R2.

This is the result of quite a few full days and very late evenings of work, so hope you all enjoy it =D

Is there any way to get subtitles for Ritsoku during the H scenes? Everyone elses works is in english, but I dont see an option for that.
