After a couple of days trying to make this game work properly on Linux I finally did it. But there are still a couple of problems, although they aren't a big deal I'd like to get them fix if there is a chance.
First of all while trying out different prefixes and runners I came across with these (still unresolved) problems:
1)With ge-proton I don't have access to other screen resolutions when I open the InitSetting.exe, just the full HD 1920x1080. Since I have a potato notebook this is not good, the game runs fine but at low fps, is too demanding.
2)Through Bottles and with any other runner but ge-proton(here I have access to lower screen resolutions) I have the problem that when I go to edit the character at the start of the game, the first girl appears in a "plane mode" position, meaning with her arms extended horizontally to the sides. She's stuck there, I can move the camera but that's it, when I click any other options in the screen it doesn't do anything.

Finally I managed to play the game(without having any of the problems above mentioned) through Lutris with wine-10.8 staging tkg ntsync x86-64.
But I still have the couple of problems that I mentioned at the beginning:
1) There is a problem with the uncensored textures, while I can perfectly see their pussies in the character edit, when I play the first scene her pussy is kind of blurry, the fingers of the guy seems to clip through the texture instead of showing the proper details. While I was tinkering with all the runners and such there was this time that it showed perfectly the fingering, I could even see she was wet and all. That was the last time I saw that, I tried out runners, prefixes, resolutions, even switching in the setting the option to give more relevance to quality over performance but nothing.
2) There is some frame drops regardless of what is happening on the screen. I play with 23-25 fps, but every minute or so I will have a drop to 11 fps. This happens with any graphical settings. Could be just my notebook but idk exactly.

And that's it. If anyone knows the solution or have any idea about any of the problems I mentioned here I'll appreciate the help. For now I'll keep playing it like this.

EDIT:
So I managed to work around my problems and fix them somehow.
I tricked ge-proton to start with a lower resolution by starting with another runner the initsetting.exe, switching to lower res, starting game, exit then starting again through ge-proton with the playhome64bit.exe of the game.
Now I have fps between 17-23 it doesn't drop more than that. I'm not sure how this got fixed, I installed dotnet472 dependencies in bottles, maybe it was that.
I've found my problem with the uncensored textures not working as intended in a wiki:

Q: Uncensor looks weird in half off state

A: Clothing tops have a built in body model. If the uncensor is not built into the top itself you'll get a flat texture. The majority of clothing top mods will have this issue. Nothing you can do aside from removing the top.

So I just had to remove completely her top clothes then the uncensor is there.

So far I have played completely the first scene with the first girl the guy assaults and he didn't touched her tits even once... I hope that changes, I mean, I didn't expend hours making their tits as delectable as I could so the guy goes and ignore them.

To edit SKINS like Shirts and pants n shit. Do I just open the PREVIEW file in PAINT/KRITA/PHOTOSHOP and draw my thing on it and then over wright the save ??? I want to make my own shirts with pictures on em, Thanks dooooodz

I was able to run the game properly (with decent FPS) with UMU and GE-Proton:

PROTONPATH=GE-Proton umu-run ./PlayHome64bit.exe

But still, the WINEPREFIX has to be patched following this tutorial:

I've tried using the Steam version of Proton by "Adding a non-steam game" but, it just didn't work. I'm not sure about Bottles or Lutris, since I haven't tried them.

Downloaded better repack 3.2 without the optional files. Game still launch in jap and new game button doesn't do anything?

Manually installing the eng files with the IPA shit gives english test but new game button still doesn't do anything

Edit : The repack i got comes with bepin and now it says ipa and bepin are non compatible. What the fuck?

The English Launcher has a fullscreen button, get it and then right click the launcher, go to properties. In properties click "disable fullscreen optimizations" and click "run this program as administrator" Then click change high DPI settings. In there click "Override high DPI scaling behavior. and Scaling performed by...Application" Click OK and Apply when asked, restart your game and enjoy full screen happiness.

I'm using flashbang repack and I've noticed that after I come inside any of the girls and then extract, it appears and tries to play a dialogue for a fraction of a second then immediately cuts it and plays another line.
For example, it will appear for a little moment the line "*moan*... coming like that... *moan*" (something like that, sometimes there's mention of semen, it happens too fast) then it cuts and plays another line, sometimes the same dialogue when you come inside her.
Did anyone experienced this? Can be fixed?
