I think I've seen some games like this but it's more like swinging and occasionally the girls hook up. But I'm not an expert on the topic, so maybe someone else knows better!

That's rare as hell. Third Crisis starts with MC trying to rescue her GF, but can end with MC as various types of cocksucker. But it doesn't have NTR as a central theme. DoL can have MC being stolen from a potential lover by a school bully, who can be set to be male or female (along with all the other characters).

i wonder why is such a rare thing, normal ntr where the guy gets cucked and sissied is fairly common but a lesbian couple doing the same is so scarce which sucks cuz i find it super hot, can only think of a couple decent doujins as for games
